S. ARTURO STEWART

S. Arturo Stewart was admitted to practice in 1973 having read for a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of the West Indies and successfully completed the Solicitor's Qualifying Examinations (Parts 1 & 2) of the College of Law, England.

Arturo’s practice centres on commercial transactions, acquisitions, securitization and real estate transactions, patent and trademark registrations and he is the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department. Arturo’s clientele ranges from individuals to large multinationals.

Arturo is a former member of the Jamaica Defence Force Reserves, having served in the Air Wing. He is also a Distinguished Past President, Kiwanis Club, Kingston, and has served as director on various corporate boards such as, inter alia, the Civil Aviation Authority, as Deputy Chairman; and the Aeronautical Telecommunications Limited where he was Chairman.

Arturo is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and also a member of its Conveyancing and Intellectual Property Committees.
